Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered and Non-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Behavior Health Technician. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting individuals to achieve their behavioral goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to develop effective behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBA, families, and other therapists.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Behavior Technician (BT) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to providing quality care.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and protocols accurately.
