We are actively seeking dependable individuals to join our team and offer direct support to the members residing in our DDD group homes located in San Tan Valley. Our primary focus is on serving the developmentally disabled community, and we are in need of reliable employees who can contribute to various aspects of their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with transportation to appointments
- Medication administration
- Daily tasks such as cooking and supporting members with chores
- Assisting in the daily routines and activities of our clients
Requirements/Training:
- Possession of a Driver’s License with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Article 9 Training completion
- Prevention & Support Training completion
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older

- Competitive starting pay range of $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Additionally, we offer a bonus to those who meet all criteria during their first 90 days of employment.
